The Interview: Bill Penberthy

PenberthyWilliam01_smallerBill’s first commercial application went live more than 30 years ago, and since that time he has spent most of his life wrapped up in the SDLC. Probably half of that time has been as a consultant, mostly around .NET development and focused mainly on the web until several years ago where that focus switched to cloud-native and distributed computing. He has written 2 books on ASP.NET and is currently about halfway through a 3rd, which is called “Pro .NET on AWS” and will be published by Apress in early Q3. He has presented at over 15 conferences in the last 3 years, with most of those sessions being around software architecture, distributed computing, and microservices.
