Here is what companies should do now that the pandemic is winding down in the United States.

• Listen to your employees and create environments that they work best in.
  • This will equal happier, healthier employees and more productivity!
    • Employees will stay at the company longer!
• One size does not fit all!
  • If engineers are in the office, create areas that works best for them, to help them work better and make it easier to concentrate!

Software engineers, you must demand this where you work!
